Guide to Geneva Airport
Geneva is the second-largest city in Switzerland, it is well-served by multiple international airlines and provides keen ski and snowboarders with a perfect landing point to reach many of Alps most popular resorts.
There are two terminals in Geneva Airport, our transfers pick up from Terminal 1, which is the main terminal into the airport on the Swiss side. Terminal 2 is only in operation during the Winter seasons for Charter flights from TUI or Thompson. Our transfers do not collect from Terminal 2 but it is a short walk to our check-in desk from the other terminal (around 10 minutes) and is relatively well sign-posted.
Finding Us at Geneva Airport
After collecting your luggage from baggage claim, turn RIGHT and walk about 20 meters toward the Montreux Jazz Café. From here you’ll spot our transfer desk, which also has a sign hanging above it with the ChamExpress brand labeled. Our airport representatives will do the check-in for you.
Our drivers will collect you from the desk, so we advise you go straight to the desk on arrival and check in with the team.
We ensure the desk is manned all season long, generally from the first arrival in the last departure from the airport (circa 10:00 till 22:00.)
