A pick up/drop off point within the Resort MUST be entered. This can either be selected from a predetermined list of accommodation. Or you can select a generic pickup/drop off point e.g Tourist Office, Cable Car, etc. Alternatively, you can enter a specific address. In this event, it is your responsibility to enter a complete and correct address including name of accommodation (if applicable) road number, road name and town. Remember: The booking engine is completely automated. Whatever address details you choose to enter are exactly the details our driver will receive! If your pick-up details are incorrect or incomplete then you may not be collected for your journey back to the airport. If in doubt always choose a generic 'public' pick-up/drop-off point or nearby hotel instead. ChamExpress reserve the right to change any pick up/drop off point entered if the address given is incomplete, untraceable or inaccessible. In this event ChamExpress will endeavour to contact you on your given contact telephone number, or email address, about this change by 1700 hrs. the day before travel.

A mobile number is requested for the purpose of communication with passengers regarding your transfer. It is your responsibility to provide a correct mobile number, together with country code, that belongs to a member of the group traveling, that you will have with you on the day of travel, that works abroad, is charged up and switched on. ChamExpress will not be held liable for problems with missed transfers that are as a result of communication issues caused by problems with your mobile phone. I.e. switched off, out of credit, out of battery etc.

You are required to indicate the quantity and type of luggage, to be transported with your group, that you wish to have placed within the vehicle luggage compartment. It is your responsibility to inform ChamExpress of these items when completing the on-line booking form. ChamExpress reserve the right to add a carriage charge of 1Euro per hold-luggage item.

You are required to accept these terms and conditions of booking before a booking can be completed. It is your responsibility to read, understand and accept these conditions. When booking on behalf of a group, you as group leader accepts these conditions on behalf of the group. If you do not accept these conditions the booking cannot progress and the booking will be abandoned.

Transfer from Geneva Airport
For transfer FROM Geneva Airport you are required to enter your arrival time at Geneva Airport. The booking engine will then display as available, all departure times with adequate seat availability for your group size, that depart 30 minutes or more after your arrival time entered.

It is your responsibility to select a transfer time that allows sufficient time to exit the plane/train, pass through passport control (if applicable), collect luggage (if applicable), pass through customs (if applicable) and to arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes BEFORE the scheduled departure time.

The displaying of a transfer time 30 minutes after the arrival time DOES NOT guarantee that you will make that departure. The time taken to reach the Arrivals Hall can vary significantly throughout the day and on a daily basis and is influenced by circumstances beyond the control of ChamExpress. If a transfer is missed, due to insufficient time being allowed, ChamExpress will endeavour to place you on the next transfer with seats available. Should you not wish to wait and decide to make your own travel arrangements then your ticket is non-refundable and non-transferable and ChamExpress will not be liable for any additional travel costs.

Transfer from Morzine
Including transfer from Les Gets and The Avoriaz Cable Car

For transfer TO Geneva Airport you will be required to enter your flight departure time from Geneva Airport. The booking engine will then display as available, all transfer times with adequate seat availability for the group size, leaving the Resort 2 hours 15 minutes or more before the flight departure time entered. An estimated time of arrival at Geneva Airport is given.

It is your responsibility to select a transfer time that is estimated to arrive at Geneva Airport leaving sufficient time to complete check-in procedures or make other onward travel connections.

The displaying of an estimated time of arrival DOES NOT guarantee that the transfer will arrive at that time. The journey time to Geneva airport is normally 80 minutes from when our vehicle leaves the Morzine & Les Gets. However, this can vary significantly throughout the day and on a daily basis and can be affected by circumstances beyond the control of ChamExpress such as cross-border delays, rush-hour traffic, weather and road conditions etc. ChamExpress will not be liable for additional travel costs incurred should you miss your flight or onward travel arrangements due to insufficient time being allowed by yourself when making a booking, or journey time being extended due to circumstances beyond the control of ChamExpress.

Your ticket will show a 30 minute 'pick-up window' which immediately preceeds the time that a transfer is scheduled to depart the Resort. During this 30 minute window your transfer vehicle will also be collecting passengers on the same transfer from other accommodations and therefore, may arrive to collect you any time during this 30 minute period. You must ensure that you are ready & waiting outside your accommodation, or chosen pick-up point, at the start of the pick-up window. Failure to do so may result in you missing your transfer as our vehicle may be unable to wait.

Driver Information
The ChamExpress driver will be waiting in an area just to the right of the Airport Information Desk, by the courtesy telephone columns, in the International Arrivals Hall located in the Swiss sector. This is directly in front of you as you exit baggage reclaim and customs. The driver will be wearing an orange ChamExpress top and standing next to a 2 metre high ChamExpress welcome banner. The driver will usually be waiting here from 15 minutes before your transfer departure time.

It is your reponsibility to look for the ChamExpress driver in this area at the correct time. The arrivals hall can become very congested at peak times and especially at weekends. You may therefore, be required to proactively search for our driver and ChamExpress welcome sign.

On having followed all these instructions should you still not be able to locate the driver you should call the Arrival Energency Telephone Number given on your travel ticket. Failure to follow these instructions could result in you missing your transfer departure. In this event the transfer is non-transferable and non-refundable and you will be required to re-book if you wish to travel on a later transfer.
