Frequently Asked Questions:

Do you provide a 'meet and greet' service?

YES. Once you have collected your baggage, and exit into the Arrivals Hall, you should look for our representative next to the Airport                          Information Desk. He/She will have a signboard with your surname on it. You will then be escorted to our vehicle for your transfer.

What if my flight is delayed?

We will arrange for you to travel on the next transfer that has seats available at no extra charge. In the event of a serious delay, or no                          seats being available on subsequent transfers, we will endeavour to obtain a transfer for you with one of our transfer partners. In this                          situation a small supplement of 20€ per person will be payable which may be reclaimed from your holiday insurance policy.

When do you collect me for my flight home?

We allocate a 30 minute pick-up window prior to the departure of the transfer that you have chosen. This enables us to collect all our                          clients and leave the Chamonix Valley for Geneva Airport on schedule. It is therefore important that you are ready to board our vehicle as it                          may arrive to collect you anytime within the allocated 30 minute window.

                         What vehicles do you operate?

For winter 2007/08 we have purchased a fleet of brand new Renault Traffic 8 seat minibuses. Fully equipped for winter mountain                          conditions,  air-conditioned with comfortable seats and loads of luggage space, they're ideal for a smooth transfer from Geneva to your                          accommodation. We also have a 29 seat Mercedes Neoplan midi-coach for larger groups equipped with reclining seats, webasto central                          heating and rear lounge seating area.

                         Do you operate legally?

YES. We are fully insured and are holders of an International PSV Operators Licence issued by both the French and UK authorities. This                          means that we can operate vehicles for private hire across international borders. We have to meet strict criteria and comply with both                          maintainence and EEC tachograph and drivers hours legislation.

                         Where are you based?

We are based in Les Houches, France where we are fully registered with a SIRET number.
