To redeem your reward points for a free transfer simply choose to redeem your points at the checkout stage. Your total points available are displayed each time you log into your account with us.
Note: You must make sure you log-in when booking to receive your points! and remember, you will only accrue points by making an on-line booking. Telephone bookings are excluded from receiving or redeeming reward points.
Points can only be redeemed for online or telephone bookings made by 5pm the day before the date of travel. They cannot be redeemed on the day of travel.
2: Mystery Shopper Scheme
Become a Mystery Shopper for Chamexpress.com and receive a FREE transfer.
We need discreet, objective passengers to act as our eyes and ears and so help us maintain our standards of service.
To become a Mystery Shopper
1. Complete your booking on-line in the usual way.
2. E-mail mysteryshopper@chamexpress.com asking to be considered as a Mystery Shopper. Entitle the e-mail 'Mystery Shopper' and include your Booking Reference Number.
3. If you are accepted, you will be emailed further details, including a Report Form to be completed and returned to us.
4. On receipt of this completed Report, your card will be credited with the cost of one seat.
